SVPM helps municipalities receive, prioritize, and process citizen reports in their zones, while giving citizens a simple free app to report road defects.
Member benefits (municipality / organization)
- Email alerts — automatic notification when a report is submitted in your zone.
- Interactive map — view all reports on a map with filters and statuses.
- Prioritization — rank reports by importance (low, medium, high).
- Staff assignment — forward cases to your field team by email.
- Case tracking — change history, internal notes, and statuses (pending, in progress, resolved, etc.).
- Configured zones — only reports within your territory are shown to you.
- Trial or paid license — start with a trial, then activate a license for full portal access.
Web portal features
- Secure login — email and verification code (or direct login for authorized accounts).
- Site manager dashboard — global view for the site administrator (all zones).
- Director map — unassigned and unresolved reports at a glance, with a detailed list by address.
- Report management — photo, priority, status, notes, and staff assignment from one panel.
- Field staff accounts — directors can create accounts for their team.
- Citizen mobile app — citizens report with photo and GPS; reports feed the map automatically.
- Citizen leaderboard — points and alias to encourage participation (mobile app).
For citizens (free)
- Simple mobile app to photograph a pothole and send its location.
- No fee — contribute directly to improving roads in your community.
- Reports are kept even outside an active zone, pending subscription by the relevant municipality.
